Biography of Dr Xavier Lachiver - Face and neck surgeon:

Born in Saint-Germain en Laye in 1962 to Breton parents, Doctor Xavier LACHIVER began his medical studies in Paris at the Xavier Bichat faculty in 1981. He passed his internship in Paris in 1985, specializing in ENT and cervico-facial surgery. Five years later, he was appointed Chef de Clinique-Assistant des Hôpitaux at Hôpital Saint-Antoine in the department of Pr Chouard (1990-1991), then at Hôpital Foch in the department of Pr Frèche and Pr Chabolle (1992-1993), where he was assistant for 25 years.

Doctor Xavier LACHIVER graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in PARIS with an award for his thesis on the morpho-cephalometric particularities of patients suffering from sleep apnea. He specializes in plastic and aesthetic SURGERY of the FACE and NECK, and in the treatment of patients suffering from respiratory problems (sinus problems, snoring and sleep apnea), aesthetic rhinoplasty and facial feminization (FFS).

The author of numerous articles in specialist journals, and a speaker at many congresses, Doctor Xavier LACHIVER is a member of many national and international learned societies. He was a member of the group responsible for national recommendations on the management of aesthetic and functional rhinoplasties (link to ARH website). He is a member of the RESPECTRANS association.

It is accredited by HAS, the French National Authority for Health.
