New-Fill ® or Sculptra ®

This is L-Polylactic acid, a slow-absorbing product marketed under either New-Fill® or Sculptra® . This product has been approved by social security organizations as an indication for the treatment of facial lipoatrophy in patients undergoing triple therapy.

It allows for hypodermic or subcutaneous filling. It can be used aesthetically for filling but should not be used for superficial wrinkles or around orifices or the eyeball due to the risk of nodule (accumulation of product) or granuloma (inflammatory reaction).

The product must be diluted at least 2 hours before injection and distributed evenly according to its instructions; it is then an effective and safe product.
